Its Lebanese pounds. and no the rates did not fall. even if it did i am always above 12 475$

When you say above $12,475 what exactly is the amount. Try to be at least $500 above the minimum required per dependents.
Yes www.xe.com and www.oanda.com for CAD exchange rates calculations. I read somewhere that's what the analysts use.
Raise the CSE as quickly as you can. Good luck.

Since there is no concern mentioned I don't know what you will explain. But sure you can send updated statements and try to get bank letter with same details as CIC expects.

Explain that you have the money and you've had it for a while now and you want to clear any doubts they might have regarding your POF as seen in your GCMS notes.
