Adding spouse to existing PNP PR Application

I need advice from you guys.

I applied for oinp employer job offer international student. Now i live with my fiance and i will be marrying her after i get nominated.

What is the best time to add her in my PR application as a dependent ?
while submitting mine ?
or some later stage of the application ?
or after PPR ?

which one of these is usually faster way ?

Agreed to this suggestion. If you add her at the provincial level and then send your file to federal (including your wife) it would be smooth (19 months Maximum or before) but if you do it later it will put your application out of the regular que (no time limit applications). Even if you add after getting nominated that would be okay, just inform the province that your marital status has changed.

I add my spouse name after receiving my medical. Any idea how long does it take to get my spouse medical?

Dec 2016.. spouse added april 2018 after medical done for principal applicant in jsn 2018.. Medical for spouse was done in september 2018.. Still waiting for ppr

I called them and they said same thing to me that its a major change and they have never seen somebody adding spouse after ppr. So she was not sure about anything regarding my file. But when i came here and checked foums i see ao many people who added spouse after ppr or landing. Whenever i call cic i never get any satisfying answers.

Hi, have a concern. My annual income is low this year as i went for vacation for a little more than 2 months. It was my wedding and i added spouse after ppr. But i m worried as my annual income is lower than what it should be acc to job letter i submitted with application to cic. U think vacation for the wedding can explain it if cic ask ??
