He did twice. He said he submitted two for his parents and two for his laws and duplicate for him was removed. He is in first round of 2018

Two Scenario's...
Ist.....if entered same information both times thats ok...Asked IRCC on twitter, as i submitted one when i was visiting my home country, that was a village with slow internet so not sure if form got submitted or not...no clue as did not get any confirmation number at that time. Came back to Canada and submitted again, this time a number for which i received an invitation in 2nd round.
2nd...where you changed some information and duplicate cannot be removed,you are disqualified as that is clearly fraud.

SillyD, Parents,India, AB, March 20, 2018 Invite, SIN, Received May 15,2018, Aor July13,2018,, July 13, 2018 resubmit old forms,they started processing on Sept 26, 2018 for sponsor. The rest is correct.

My parents did their medicals on Nov 13,2018. Ecas now says in process for the princple applicant on November 11, 2018

I just like to share my neighbor’s experience and wants to ask for your opinion. This year, the sponsorship for her mom was refused because they did not meet the lico requirements . We have submitted our documents almost the same time and my mom already had a passport request. She actually continued with the application for her mom’s pr. And now, she said she was asked to submit the rcmp check and criminal check. Her papers are being processed in our home country which is Philippines. It was “on process” she said. My question is , is there a possibility her mom gets approved or are they just wasting their time and money? Her mom is currently on super visa. I am just curious as she was complaining of too much expenses for the application

I want to know what are the steps, I see on CIC it says you have to first send that you are interested to apply. do we have to provide any documents during this round or only after my name comes out i have to provide forms and documents? Would really appreciate your help.

Do you know how long it takes to get police clearance or medical request? Also, how do i know which visa office has been allocated to my file?

You will get an email in about two day informing you of the decision on sponsorship approval. In that email, they will tell you which visa office they forwarded your files to.

The time it takes to get medical and PCC differ depending on the visa office they sent your files to. No one knows how long it would take to process PR application for sure. You can guess how long it could take by looking at the spreadsheet once you know which visa office is handling your files.

I submitted my parents application in may 2018 but missed a signature. ResubmiyteIn oct i got a file# but online i only see that application received

So will my income with the addition of new baby be evaluated for the same 3 years or they will consider my income in the year baby is born.

I cants say 100%, baby was born after applying so I believe they ask you 2018 NOA
plus you need to resend a new finance form with +1 member

you will get message after DM / Ottawa or New Delhi in your case/
IME and PCC time depends on many factors

It's likely that they choose to continue to process their application "If you are found ineligible to sponsor".
In Part 1, Question 1 of the IMM 1344 that they picked to "proceed with the application for permanent residence". Instead of the recommended choice to withdraw (partial refund and they can start the PGP application next year).

Now the whole application process will continue until the final stage. And they will be reject at the end. Unless they have proof that they actually met LICO. And they can't submit a new application until that's either finalized or they withdraw from it.

Can you tell me please where do u see the above info from steps 1 - 5? is it under ur account or ur parents account?

It was showing online when u search online outside GC account. .. later i was able to link it on my gc account. Also i have selected my self as representative ..so i have access to all the details.
