2018 Spousal Sponsorship in-land Applications: timeline and updates

Hi Everyone, Any early Jan 2018 still waiting for AIP or SA ? I am 15 Jan and we did not get anything after medical. Thank you

Jan 9th application, ECAS showed DM on Sponsor side at Nov 7, got pre-arrival invitation at Nov 7 as well. Sponsor got the SA email yesterday night. Still waiting for AIP.

Thank you, I am not sure about how to check where the mail from, but the sender was CIC.CPCMississaugaDoNotReply(CIC.CPCMississaugaDoNotReply-CTDMississaugaNePasRepondre.CIC@cic.gc.ca>) and in the end of the letter: Case Processing Centre Mississauga is that what you need?

I'm waiting for my landing interview (donno the date yet), but I booked a flight to San Francisco in January.
My departure city is bellingham, WA which means I'll drive to US and take a flight and gonna drive back to Can.

What if I don't get my PR card by then but done the interview?
Do I need to postpone the interview after the trip?

I believe that you can cross US/CANADA borders with CoPR only. Maybe a senior member can confirm that

If going through a land border, you'll be fine. It's airlines that won't let you on the plane without a PR card or a PRTD because they can't see you're a PR. They don't see all the info that CBSA does at the border.

You're fine to do that. I've crossed the border by private car without having my PR card before. No issue at all as long as you have your passport, they will be able to tell you are a PR. I tried to show the agent my COPR and he told me he doesn't need it lol.

Hi. Congrats! I am also January 9th applicant. Similar situation, eligibility passed email received by PA but no SA email and ecas also shows DM on shopsorship side.
