 The IMM 5476 you submitted was not correctly completed and/or signed as required to

appoint a paid or unpaid representative;

email or mailing address on record as applicable. IRCC will not communicate with this

representative until a correctly completed and signed IMM 5476 is received by IRCC.

My file sent to Delhi VO for further background check, did you get a similar email after submitting PCC on Oct 18,
If yes how long did it take to get DM after that.

Though I sent it earlier with the main application, but I would send it again. There is a section where they are asking which office did i Submit the form? Should I say it Ottawa as initially I sent it to Ottawa or should I say to Mississauga as the email came from Mississauga.

Also how do I send it? through the web form?

I got an AOR email on 22 Oct. This is the email I got on Oct 22. That's why I am confused.

What is the difference between CPC (Case Processing Center) and LVO ( Local visa Office)?

My CPC is Mississauga but never see Mississauga as LVO the Sheet.

Though I sent it earlier with the main application, but I would send it again. There is a section where they are asking which office did i Submit the form? Should I say it Ottawa as initially I sent it to Ottawa or should I say to Mississauga as the email came from Mississauga.

Mississauga - CPC (Case Processing Center), they make decision for sponsor and send whole package to LVO who will send you medical later and make decision for applicant

Hi Guys, I have applied to sponsor my mother in England two month ago. I received an email 2 weeks ago requesting that my mother signs the applicant form on IMM5669. Here is what it said on the email

The Schedule A (IMM 5669) is missing a handwritten signature. Although the current form states that an electronic signature is acceptable, due to legislation changes as of May 22nd, 2018, a handwritten signature is required for this form. It will not be accepted if the document has not been printed and signed. Please ensure that you sign the form by hand once it has been printed.

I am sure that i am not the only one who sent this form without a signature. I have asked my mother to sign this form and email it back to me so i can email it to CIC. My question is, do i have to send the full form again or just page 6 of that form which contains the signature?

No, But they do get missing documents request which means they opened those application but have not entered in the system yet. I applied at the end of july so expecting aor in next 3 weeks
