When did you get DM, I'm in Abbotsford and got it on Friday. I'm not sure what area I will end up getting for the oath ceremony...

I have received the email for the Oath ceremony. But I will not be in canada for the whole month. Anyone has experience to made a request for changing the oath taking ceremony? Will there be any problem

You can email to change your oath date typically we have seen 3-4 months delay could be early too.

Update from my side.


Invite received October 16.
Test November 1.

We had our application moved from Calgary to Mississauga.
Waiting for the Oath date - hopefully soon.

Citizenship ceremony on November 1, 2018.
eCAS today with final line added.
The ceremony once again showed the diversity Canada truly represents, and that it is not only True North Strong and Free, but the best country on earth.
This concludes my journey to Canada. Best of luck to everyone still waiting!

Finally, received Oath ceremony invitation. It's gonna be @9am on 14th November at Halifax Citizenship office. Almost 10 months' journey will come to an end on 14th

A while back I sent my processing timeline in this thread. But I think it was not added in the spreadsheet. I became citizen a couple of weeks ago and here is my complete timeline:

FP sent: July 27
Test invite: August 20

Oath invite: October 11
Oath ceremony: November 1st

I guess it might help for future applicants.
