I completed my studies in Canada and applied for my PGWP. Meanwhile I came to India for some personal work. Now my TRV has expired and I want to apply for a new VISA.
Q When I feel up the questionnaire to determine my eligibility on cic website, one of the question is "Current country of residence". If I answer India, it takes me to apply for PGWP. If I answer Canada, it takes me to TRV.
What should be the answer?
Or is there any other way to apply?
It would be really helpful if you have any solution to the problem I am facing.

I have similar kind of situation I came from canada for vacation I have my pgwp but dont have trv So I applied for TRV on 26 of october and in application I put current country of residence as Canada as it was saying in last six months !!
I hope its helpful I didnt put India because I didnt wanted to confuse them then coz I landed on 24 th of october only doesnt make sense !
Still waiting for my TRV approval I need to go back on 20 Nov my ticket but no decision yet. Fingers crossed !!

November 20 seems unlikely if passport hasnt been requested yet, you need to apply for these things months in advance.
Probably should have put your real country too not Canada but dont know if that affects anything.
