Oh those are the coveted "Ghost Updates" they keep appearing and disappearing. Back in the days, people used to get their PPR email a few hours post these ghost visits. But now, we no longer know what they mean. Hope that helps

Province - still undecided, ON or QC (Montreal) if they let me go there
