Whether you received an AOR or not is shown on your husband's eCAS when you log in with his credentials. Once you are logged in, click on the In Process link under the Sponsorship Application Status. It will tell you the date they sent the AOR in a similar format shown below:
We received your application to sponsor PA's name on Date.
We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on Date.
That's the thing though, the AOR isn't mentioned in either of our CAS.
In Sponsor Application we have:
We received your application to sponsor ********** on August 20, 2018.
We started processing your application on September 13, 2018.
And in PR application we have:
We received **********'s application for permanent residence on August 20, 2018.
We sent ********** medical instructions on October 30, 2018. To avoid delays, please provide us with the information requested as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
And I've already tried linking my application 100 times with every criteria possible. I don't have anything complicated in my name or anywhere in my info that I could be misspelling..
App Sent: August 21 App Received: August 23 AOR:
Medical Request: November 7 on the system, but the letter is dated for November 6. OWP: Still waiting
One question, on form attached to the medical request letter, it lists info@etavisa.com as the email for the principal applicant - is this the same for every one or is this a mistake to be corrected?
Thank you and I’m looking forward to everyone’s updates!

That's interesting, so they never sent you an AOR? Mine was received Aug 15th and I got an AOR Sept 8 but they haven't updated anything in terms of Medical Request or OWP yet. Maybe I should call them.

First you have to check which Panel Physician is closest to you area and make an appointment.
Must be a physician approved by IRCC, and you can find the closest to you here: Find a Panel Physician
Take with you the letter you received, passport or other accepted ID and 4 pictures (only if the physician does not use eMedical System).
The exams are pretty simple for common-law/spouse sponsorship. It consists on blood and urine tests, X-ray and the doc will ask some questions and check if everything is ok. If your physician use eMedical system, IRCC should get your results in one week or two, then you'll get an update saying whether you passed or not the medical exams.
The cost vary a lot, here in Montreal the cheapest is $ 210 and $ 225 bucks.
