Ghost update just before medicals passed

Hi all,
Our AOR is 4 Aug (EE Outland). After a long wait, my husband finally passed his medicals. (chest xray, sputum test, repeat xray). The reports were uploaded on Friday (2 Nov) and the same evening I found a ghost update on my account. Monday morning - medicals passed !

While medicals were going on, background check started (end of august). Does medicals-pass trigger a ghost update or should we expect good news soon?

Same here got a ghost update few days ago. Not sure if I should expect ppr or not. I just hope it happens

This is the ghost update for your medical..many are noticing this in October AOR group
