Missing travel history

I traveled to Europe and I landed in Germany, after roughly 2 month I flew back from Germany to Iran. in that 2 month i was in 7 different countries and I traveled via planes, Ferry and trains.Unfortunately i lost my passport which showed all of my travel history. Now my question is, How can i prove it to immigration office?

1. When was this?

2. Boarding passes and tickets? Receipts for hotel reservations? Credit card statements?

it was approximately 3 years ago.
all of them is gone. just maybe i can recieve a copy of my ticket to Germany, but another country which i moved, i can't
