I called them yesterday , after 5-6 tries I got thru . She was polite ..she said its ONLY 20+ days since we started working on your SA. I asked how come some ppl got updates in the past ;-withing 4-5 days of getting AOR1? She said , Don't compare with others.. Anything wrong? She said I don't see any.

So new thing I learned is that they check everything about a Sponsor too. It may depend on case to case ,e;g where a Sponsor lives or some unlucky ones get name match with a guy who had a bad record etc.. So they check then more deeply, only then do an SA .

File transferred to NDVO on 27 april.

We both have similar timeline.
December 2017 Applicant and file transferred to NDVO on 12th April
NDVO is doing slow for us

Oct 10th they asked for additional documents. Submitted the next day.
No updates still ..

Approx it takes about 5 months to get PPR after transfer to NDVO .. saw all timelines who got visas. I jus guessing!

Hey kanchan atm Ndvo working on jan,feb, march month as well as 2 or 3 ppl got Dm n Ppr from april month too. So dw ur turn is almost near hopefully till end of this month u'll hear good news if Ndvo keep their speed like this. Good luck darling.
