Hello guys . i have a question about sponsoring my wife from Morocco. Now i m working in canada and i just came back from my wedding in Morocco this is 1 month ago . now i m planing to apply for sponsorship spouse . so question is about police certificate . i found in documents checklist that i will need the police certificate of my spouse and any member family of her that have 18 years old and above . is that true ? Or i need just her police certificate only

2013/14- lived and worked in Cambodia (played poker at various casinos)
2015/16- lived and worked in Canada (partner with Speedvale Autodetailing)
2017/18 and present- lived and worked in Vietnam and Cambodia (played poker at various casinos)
How would I fill this out in the 'sponsors employment history' section?
Would this affect my sponsorship eligibility in any way?

You have to supply your work history and all personal history including where you have lived worked and travelled since 18 years old or the last 10 years

My PR is sponsored by my wife and in laws. They all are Canada citizen and I am from India. On CIC portal I can see application status for both PR and Sponsorship is "Decision Made". Our Immigration counselor is expecting notification from embassy for passport submission. In mid September I traveled to Australia on work permit sponsored by my employer and I will have to be in Australia till December January at least. In this scenario can I submit my passport from Australia only for stamping or I will have to travel India for the same ? Can you please help me here ? I am stuck here and need guidance. Your guidance here will be really helpful.

On the application it only ask to show the past 5 years of employment though. And if i dont show an income for the for the time i spent oversea wil they deny my sponsorship?

they send passport back to u within a week or two.

Hi everyone,

Just needed some input.
Here is our timeline:

Application received March 1, 2018
Completed Police clearance and medical in May 2018
Received Pre-arrival services letter today (October 31, 2018)
Also, it says Decision Made on the CIC website.

When can I expect the PPR and how long does it take to get the passport back?

I applied from Canada - Mississauga Office for an outland sponsorship (New Delhi Visa Office).

Hi guys . my question is about police certificate to sponsor my wife . i just read in documents checklist if this year that i need the police certificate of my wife and any family member who has 18 years old and above . my friend told me that i need only my wife's police certificate . what do you think guys . is it only my wife's or all 1i years old member family. ? How many time i should wait until i get a date of interview ? Because i have complited 12 months when application was sent , 4 months they tranfered my file to my VO Rome

Mostly individuals posting questions. Conjugal is the least common stream as the majority of people do not qualify.

If I apply visitor visa for my wife, any chances it would be approved, or Should I follow normal convention of spousal PR?

You can try. I spoke to MANY consultants in India and Canada and they all suggested we just wait for PR.
