I am June 29th, 2017 applicant.
I got a ghost update on Oct. 17th, 2018 and Decision Made on ECAS was on Oct. 18th, 2018.
However, I am still waiting PPR.

Is there any JUNE applicants waiting PPR like me?

I am wondering what is going on. It seems that CIC hasn't issued PPR for the recent 2 weeks.
I saw a June 26th applicant got the PPR a couple of weeks ago. Ever since that, I haven't seen any other June applicants gets the PPR so far.

Please share anything you know about the situation these days.

It's a possibility that they sent your PPR on a wrong email address. It looks like they put email address by hand when they send PPR and sometimes make mistakes. If I were you, I will wait until this Friday and if it's still no PPR, call them in the morning and ask what is going on.

As I mentioned, they (CIC) are not issuing PPR these days since Oct. 16th, 2018. I haven't seen any one who has got PPR during the last 2 weeks. It is so disappointing.

Guys, please be patient.
"Decision Made" does not mean you will get PPR immediately.
Could be your file finished processing, but on the queue of final review by Ottawa officer before issue PPR.
