hi everybody,

My app has been returned due to missing signature. My rep helping me refill everything but on schedule A he checked mark on section 6. D) been refused refugee status, an immigrant or pr visa....?
And at the bottom he stated “ the applicant has been previously refused the pr app under the PNP by cio-Sydney,NS due to missing signature”
So is he doing it right?

Your PR wasn’t refused, the application was returned due to missing docs, its the initial step.

thank you for your reply!
the CIO sent me the R10 letter. it took me around two weeks to receive that letter.
by the way, i already submitted my application, unfortunately i realized on the schedule A and travel document I forgot to fill in two months when i first came to Canada for an ESL course summer school.
so am i still able update a revised Schedule A and Travel Document again if i ever received the AOR?
