Guys I got my application approved. MP helped me to get it done faster and also I email both MP and Ircc that i am being depressed and it is affecting my performance. I got in 10 days of emailing them both. Good luck to all.

Anyone did BOWP lately? How long did it take? When checking the processing times on CIC website, should I look at "work permit" or "work permit extension (new employer)", or yet "work permit extension (same employer)"?

I applied for my BOWP 60days ago (Extension, same employer). I did it the same way last year. The processing time is 3 months.

I applied for mine on August 1st and it got approved on October 23rd both myself and my spouse got approved for open work permits . Still no PR

Wow. Is your spouse here with you? Did they have to give biometrics in their country?
