How are those two things related?

Its hard to say what is and what not is related when it comes to CIC. Some including me believe that every time there is a website maintaince, there is action in applications post it. So i am hopeful that things might move further post the scheduled maintenance

yup, I know it does not make sense could be coincidence but whenever there is any kind of maintenance lots of people have got PPR's. Just trying to be bit optimistic.

Hey, been trying to raise a CSE to know my VO using the IRCC Web Form, but it does not take me to the "Next" page after clicking on Next. Rather there is no movement when I click on it. Have you experienced anything like this?

Hi guys,
Just an update. I'm from Trinidad and submitted my passport on the 22.10.18 and i got an update on my CIC account today showing the final decision as Approved.

Also, there is a heading called ' Document Status' and here it has all the information that i assume would be found on my PR sticker or whatever it is called that they would have put on my passport to show immigration.
