Nobody really knows but just a small calculation as per their manual: from the moment you get an invitation through Arrima it will take 12 months till confirmation. After that add 18 months for the application to the federal government. In total 2 and a half years minimum (best case scenario)

Quebec is very slow provincial nomination program in Canada, it takes to 2-3 years for csq( nomination),and 18 months foe federal.Another important point is that every year they change the rules,and it automaticaly affect the candidatea those who already applied.

But i have passed delf b2 . . does that make me eligible to score points ?

Any luck on this. I am also struck here. Trying to create my profile from USA but have India passport.
Don't see USA in the dropdown when filling the address. What should i do? Should we fill the address as per the passport like India address or USA address were i live. Please help. Thanks!

I am trying to create a profile in Arrima portal.
In the 'Cordinates' page, i am trying to give my current address but i am not able to see USA in the Country drop down.
