Yeah ... there is a reason for that .. many people quote CIC stats from website and say look they processed applications within 6 months. But their clock starts from R10 check which is closer to MEP. So basically they are already building a 3/4 week buffer for their stats.
I just checked my profile after a couple days and noticed a ghost update. The layout seems a bit different on the profile status, so I’m wondering if that’s the cause. However, I clearly remeber when the IRCC added the biometrics info a few months back, there was no “update”. Any ideas?
And just think do they even consider cases with ADR in their calculations . That's the thing with numbers. You can tell any story you want if you know what you want to tell. Ha ha

I moved to IP2 yesterday but didnt get any profile update message. Same thing for when my ADR changed to not applicable. My status was submitted. Maybe because I was already logged in and just refreshed both times to see the change reflected.
Do we need to update the application if after the submission there has been an international trip?
Or they require all the activity till the time of submission?

looks like some 27th,28th,29th June AOR moved to IP2( include me). hope we can get PPR soon. If I don't get PPR this or next week. then I probably will be stuck at IP2 for months .........

All stats from June applicants are reversing the trend. Ghost updates in the past after IP2 have led to PPR within 48 hrs . But here even after 6 days can't see anything. This uncertainty is bit concerning but apart from being patient we have nothing in control.
Keeping my fingers crossed abs staying positive. Have moved to IP2 after being in IP1 since June 15. Paid RPRF on October 16 and it changed to not applicable on October 17. Hoping PPR is around the corner.
My AOR was 15 June and I paid the RPRF on 15th Oct after receiving the request and also changed to IP2 on same day. But since then just stuck on "not applicable"...so we seem to be in the same boat. No idea how long this background check is going to take.
