Thanks so much for the update. Just one quick question, My mum is in Canada for last 3 yrs on super visa. But in the application, I gave her address as her local address which is the add of my home country. But current mailing address is my Canadian address. Is it fine? Or should I update her address as my Canadian address? Though Canada office should already know it.
Did you fill out the "Use of Representative" form ? This form is optional but, should be filled out if you would like to represent the principal applicant through PR processing. In this case, you can supply your own address (Canadian) as well as email, and will get all correspondence redirected to you.
If you haven't filled out that form, and used the home country address then any correspondence sent via snail mail will go to the home country. In my case, all correspondence was over email however.
BTW, you can still fill out the 'Use of Representative" form and send it to IRCC.
Thanks, Well I had a complicated journey.
When initially I applied and then just after 3 weeks, I called in to check, they told me that my application was deemed incomplete. They never officially informed me. I tried to get info even contacted my MP office and they contacted me but nothing came in. After a lot of waiting and as the deadline was approaching, I sent another full set of application with all docs and full fees. Now yesterday, they have informed me my first application is accepted and provided AOR. Now I am not sure what will happen to my extra fees of $1125. Though I wrote a letter to them explaining why I am sending second time when I sent the second set of docs. Now waiting to see if they refund me the extra fee or I have to manually request for refund.

Application received by Ottawa on 07 August, 2018 and got the Application No on Oct 22. Do you know what's the next step? Also when do they ask for medical and how long do cic need to do the medical?
I could not add my info to spreadsheet as I did not have the permission. I have requested for it, once I have it, I will add info
I'm trying to upload the PCC for my parents. Now in upload section there is option to put PCC expiry date, but the Issued PCC does not have any expiry date on it. Can someone tell me what they have done for this section?
Do I put expiry date as 1 year from the issue date of PCC?
Please someone answer it as this is urgent for me.
Hi All
I am 2018 second round applicant. Today I was able to check status of my application online. I guess AOR should be soon. Best of luck to all of us.
