Hello ppl

I am following this thread since long and joined recently.
My profile is
AOR: June 07 2018
MEP: maybe 20-25 June
Currently in iP2 as per online status
Last called agent 20 days before and she said that my file is waiting for final Visa Officer review and it is recommend passed by Analysts before. She also said everything is in order and nothing looks wrong. I have applied as CEC inland with spouse as a dependent. Haven’t got any update on status since then.
I am going to India on Nov 23rd for an imp. family function and have planned to bring my spouse with me to Canada if I get the COPR before that.
Processing times are getting quite delayed recently. The CIC agent had suggested me to get my file transferred to India so that I can get it stamped from there if I get PPR in meantime. Does anyone have an idea approximately how long does it take for transferring your file to India? I am returning to Canada on 27th Dec.

Have been inactive on this forum for last couple of days in hope that I would be surprised when I receive updates on my application but it doesn’t seems the case. There has not been any update yet and I have already crossed 140 days.

Now things have started getting difficult as all planning seems to be going for a toss.

Cic guys wake up, I am about to reach 5 months mark. Never thought I would have to wait so long.

Pretty much same like you 130 plus days no update. Are you inland or outland applicant ?

it just depends on batch system mate... mostly emails.. or sometimes pdf can also come before...

The PDF comes both in the mailbox and CIC account? I'm asking since what if I miss checking my emails.

AS I READ IN FORUMS I WAS WAITING FOR AN EMAIL IN MY ACCOUNT. But I GOT A PDF letter requesting passports (It doesn't have a standard passport request header as in email though) first. And started calling and emailing CIC ottawa, new delhi and started calling them as the deadline to submitting the passports was 30 days. And they haven't notified me in the same mail. I got responses quickly but not what I want. I got the PPR email after 10 days

I am guessing it happens randomly.

One more thing, did your 30 day countdown start from the day you received PPR mail or PDF letter in account?

For those who got their PPR - Does the PDF come in both the email and CIC account? What if I miss the email then will my CIC account show me an update. I am always fearful that I might miss the email somehow.

We had a new baby born after AOR (July 23), then submitted a webform attached his passport and birth certificate. after two weeks I got a reply PDF as below:
"As the child was born in Canada, they are a Canadian Citizen by birth and do not need to be added to your PR application."

In the PPR email, they mentioned as I must inform IRCC via WebForm if Birth of child.
My doubt is, I have already informed that after AOR. So Do I need to raise the Web Form again?

Can someone please advise?

This is a standard email. Don't worry, your child is already Canadian citizen.
