Hi, you said your parents were in Phillippines, right? I think the closest visa office where the Medicals took place is in a position to send the "Furtherance letter" as it is called. Because the panel doctors would send e-medical to that specific office in that country is my understanding.
I guess you just have to wait to receive any "further medical tests required" letter or wait for IME to be passed. All the best. I know it is stressful

My mom was asked to undergo comprehensive Ophthalmologist assessment. They can only get the appointment for next month.
I am going to write to Ottawa (my LVO) that having done first medicals, I need more time for the subsequent Medical exams and cannot meet the 30day deadline.
