Hello Everyone, my mom's application was forwarded to the Accra Visa Office during the first week of June 2018. Till now I haven't heard anything. Just the sponsor's approval from Mississauga before it was forwarded. Anybody with experience dealing with the Accra Visa Office?

Requested Additional details on July 12th:
Travel History, Police Clearance, Resume, IME, and Payment for Landing fee.

The above were all provided on July 26th.

My Mom had to go further TB testing (sputum test) as there is a scar on her lung and this will take about 7-8 weeks per the accredited medical clinic in the Philippines. The tests were all completed last July 25th.

We received the Pre Arrival Services letter and another request for medical report , September 12th.

Sputum Test results were negative for TB - October 16th

Medical passed per ECAS- October 17th

Hi @yvrgirl ,do you know if your mom had to do another xray after the negative sputum test? And was the scar from a previous TB diagnosis or after the negative test did they just pass her?

Hello , my mom's application is also in Accra. Accra VO just started sending out medical and PCC requests for 2017 applications late September. Just praying that they continue with 2018 applications like Ottawa and New Delhi did this year.

My AOR only has my fathers name and not my mothers name on it. Is this because my father is the principal applicant?

Hi all,
Has anyone received the letter for biometrics for your parent? Where should this letter come - to myself as sponsor, or to my mom's home address?
I sent the application for my mom on Sept.13, 2018, paid the fees including biometrics, and I was expecting the letter soon, as they say on the website: "letter will get to you by mail several weeks after we get your complete application and your payment for the biometrics fee". But it's more than a month already passed, and I haven't got anything from them yet, no AOR, no ecase details - nothing.
So I'm not sure if I need to wait for AOR by email first, or they may send the biometrics letter directly to my mom to Ukraine by regular mail?
Any ideas?
