I did not know they could do that. I thought if they needed to know they would ask to provide a police check from where you immigrated from. Well either way it says « in process » still. I heard it could take months until my husband gets oath.
I had gone for a four week vacation and returned . Before leaving I had informed IRCC about my travel dates and requested not to schedule test during that time. I got an acknowledgement from them as well. (Since no one from my processing office with similar IP dates got test invite, I think even if I did not inform, there would not be any problem !)
Since I came back now, is it okay if I inform them through web form that I have returned and available for test?
Or is it better to keep quiet and avoid one more communication since I had mentioned my return date already?

Hello,
Please add my details in the Spreadsheet (family of two):
Location: Toronto
We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on March 5, 2018.
We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s), March 23, 2018.
We started processing your application on May 17, 2018.
After that, there has been no update. We had applied from Toronto but then moved to Oshawa in Aug. The address has been updated in the site.
Hopefully, we get to hear something from them real soon!.
My test is on October 31. I got the email for test invite and ecas says that official invitation has been mailed on Oct 3. I still haven’t got anything in the mail.
I have a question the I am waiting for my oath then I need to go back to my country for 2 to 3 months what should I do, wait for the oath or inform them which do you think guys is the best. The officer said after my test that the oath will take 2 to 3 months after the test.

Hello, Can you please tell how to inform CIC about your vacations? Did you send them your ticket as well?
And if we get chance to reschedule test otherwise?
