Same with me. so my exit and entry information was checked with CBA and then need to confirm about other things if you leave the country. They took almost 10 months for giving me a test date.

It's been a while. I hope Scarborough is doing better.
Just an update, I applied for my Canadian passport this week, October 9th at rhe Whitby Passport Office and just received it in the mail. That means regular application took just 3 days. I was informed of this office by a friend. The good thing is that they also open on Saturdays although I heard that there a long line on Saturdays.
Another thing to note is that we were in and out in 20 minutes when we went to submit.
I had my test on the same date(11 October 2018) in Scarborough at 8:20 AM,I'm still waiting for the DM too.I aced the the test 20/20.The lady who interviewed me said,the next step was oath,but its not going to be in Scarborough.

Hey Wicked Prince, same happened with my wife as well. She got 19/20 and the interviewer also told her that the oath will be sometime in January and not in Scarborough. They are shifting their operation to Mississisaga.
But till now, no DM. Waiting. Do update when you get yours. Usually in 1-2. Working days we get DM. Kinda worried,

As per messages on this forum, the average app process time from Received to Oath is around 10-11 or maybe 12 months, however, there are some who had Oath earlier.
IRCC processing system is basically a mystery. Infact I must add this, their processing system is outdated, they work on actual paper files, you might have seen this at the Test and interview.
For instance, my app was sent December 2017, received on January 8th, DM in July and no Oath yet.
BTW, The usual answer from the call centre is and I quote " You are still within your 12-month processing time".
Good Luck to us and let's hang in there and not stress out, it will come eventually.

My spouse sent application on December 2017. Test was completed on April 12, 2018. Passed test with full mark and no issue in interview. Interview was in Scarborough.
No communication since then. ECAS shows DM long time ago. Hasn't received oath invite - it has been 5 months after the test.

But till now, no DM. Waiting. Do update when you get yours. Usually in 1-2. Working days we get DM. Kinda worried,

I would say nothing to worry and its normal.
Don't expect DM within 1-2 days after test. It depend on application and case to case.
They should finish ALL check before making a decision on file.
You never know what officer might be checking even after test and interview.
Seems you are already ahead in game.... as many people are waiting even for their test ... and some for DM.

Thank you! It’s just that 2 of my closest friends got their oath 3-4weeks after their exam, from Mississauga and Guelph. At first, I was being optimistic that I’ll get mine within a month as well but reading about how slow Scarborough is, got me worried.
