How many days on average it takes to get it stamped back ? Karachi applicant here.

took them 6 business days for me.

1,695 ruppees. i do not remember my wife taking a consent form, but if there is one, they may ask to fill it at the office.

once your hubby submits the pp. he will get a receipt, it will have a tracking number on it.

they also email and send sms that PP is back after stamping.

however i found their emails came delayed by 2-3 days.

the tracking link above was upto date.

I like to know if I marry a pakistani girl she is living in UAE last 20 years. Is it better if i do nikkah in pakistan and then apply for papers or should i do nikkah in uae and apply from there. Where ever you performed nikkah its up to u either ways LVO going to take 12 months and more due to her travel history

ok so i went on the http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/spouse.asp
and over there in the drop down menu its asking What country does the person being sponsored reside in? so in my case will i choose uae or pakistan because she is living in uae but she is pakistani national. thanks

it gives option to select more than one country, so select uae and pakistan and make sure you submit the extra forms and things they ask for both countries. it should not matter where she lives. since she is a Pakistani you will have to get a Pakistani nikkahnama and get it registered with nadra etc as far as i know since she is not a UAE citizen.

you cannot get medical done until they send you a request. IOM will not do medical without the request from IRCC.
