Hi kindly help me.
My brother applied for a skilled worker in July 2018. On 31 may 2018 drawn he was selected but after 7 months, on December 2018 they recalculate his EOI ranking points and said he would not have been drawn on may 31, 2018 and the letter of advice to apply would not have been sent.
Which was based on the educational information that he declared he completed "two post-secondary programs of at least two years each and were awarded 115 points but according to his documents he has completed only one post-secondary program of two years".
The best thing is he has the opportunity to comment on the above situation and provide any additional documentation.
Now his points fall from 584 to 574. What should he do now?
