I found out that the average here, especially for Scarborough applicants is 4-5 months...mainly 5 months.

This is such a long wait from DM to Oath.....like in limbo

No indication of Oath yet.

The call centre says the same thing any time you call them, you are in the 12-month time frame
The whole summer went by waiting for the Oath,
Did not make any travel plans incase they call for Oath.
Very disappointed

Sent letters, webform, call almost evry other day and still the same response "waiting for background check". The most recent call i was informed that background check is completed and now waiting to schedule the test but didn't hear back..

Throughout the whole year i kept hearing "still within 12 months". Interested to hear what they will say after the 12 months are over
