hi, I have an open post graduation work permit but I still don't have visa stamp for that 3 years on my passport. my question is can I travel only with work permit or Canadian license inside of the Canada without visa stamp by air.

You can travel internally with no problems. Just don't cross any borders, either by accident or design.
