Dears,
I need your advise on something. Two days ago I received MR for myself and my family, however I have to add my new born son to my application. My lawyer is saying to wait till my new born is added and his medical instructions is sent by IRCC. My dilemma is should I wait or go ahead get mine and my family members medical done before the 30 days ti.e limit given by the VO and later after my newborn son is added and receives medical instruction get his done.

Please advise if any one of you went through similar situation and what should be done

Its not being negative, its being realistic. The new elected party has made promises to reduce the amount of immigrant allowed in Quebec and ask for higher levels of french. Also some of the measures they take have been known to be retroactive. Like when they decided to change the points system. Many people who were already with enough points all of a sudden lost many points and lost their money as well.

My question is I applied CSQ Single with kid ( Non accompany spouse). But the federal part application ," IMM 5669 Schedule A activities " asked my spouse work details. But my spouse never ever worked since the last 10 yrs. What will i do ?. If i mentioned " Unemployed " all the years , this will effect my PR application ? What will i do? Really confused ?

The federal stage is based mostly on background check and making sure you are not a criminal. I don't think an unemployed person who is not coming with you will affect your application. You already got the CSQ which is the part where that kind of things matter.

I don't really know. My status has not changed to DM , but I have already been asked to go to a immigration office here in Montreal and present my passport. This happened one month after pre arrival.

i think you can call cic for ppr. They already said you are ok. Therefore, we should take our own steps

Hello,

I am new to this portal. I am looking for few information and I am finding very less information when i google about Quebec or arrima portal.

A. Do we need to create express entry profile before Creating profile in arrima?

B. Do we need proof of funds to create profile in arrima?

C. If we need to show PoF then how much is it for 4 people?

D. If we don’t need to show PoF then how can we get Canada PR where PoF is mandatory? I mean, from Quebec we get PNP then we use this PNP to get the Canada PR. If we don’t show proof of funds then our PR will get rejected?

E. How tough is it to get job in Quebec for software engineer without knowing French ?

F. Any idea how much points is considered to be sufficient to get the quebec PNP for married ?

G. Is there a list of documents required to create a profile in Arrima.

H. Lastly, is ECA required to create profile in Arrima? And My wife and kids will be accompanying me. Do I need to get the eca for my wife’s education too?

About me, I am software engineer with 7years of experience.

Any help here will be highly appreciated.
