currently, i'm a express entry applicant searching for a job offer in canada ? i have already applied nearly 100 of applications, but majority employers consider the Locals for the vacancies. However I would like to know that, anyone in these threads have had manage to get a JOB offer while applying to vacancies via Job bank or Indeed nor any-other source.because i've lost my positivity with regard to the JOB hunts.I appreciate someone's help/advice with regard to this.
Are you in Canada already?
Are you in Canada already?
no.Not Yet. I've got 362 points in express entry pool, which i think is a low mark.so that i need to improve my chances to migrate to canada via getting a job offer and sum up with additional 600 points .
362 points is quite low sorry. To be completely honest with you, its going to be almost impossible to get a job offer if you aren't in Canada. The employer won't want to hire someone who is not legally able to work in Canada. What are your language skills like? Have you taken a language test yet?
Even I have tried applying jobs through indeed and no luck. Its like looking for a needle in a haystack. Chances are very slim!!!
What is your IELTS score? Are you married? Your best option is PNP

The chances of securing a job offer are extremely low - unfortunately this is next to impossible to do. I would very strongly recommend that you look for other ways to increase your points and/or explore applying for PR through the provincial nominee programs instead.

You need to improve your IELTS that will be your key.
Get 8 in Listening and 7 in the rest. That will skyrocket your points

That's very low. You should really work to achieve a higher score to boost your points.

Not married yet. even, PNP asks for job offer. unless it quebec(french only) or manitoba(need close relative)

I would focus on improving your english skills, aim for at least 8 in every category. That will get you more points. I would aim for around 440 points

Ontario doesn't ask for job offer. Improve your IELTS your score is low. You have no idea how much you will jump when you get CLB 9
Another thing you could do is apply for an open work permit and find a job when you are here. If you have at least 1 year of skilled work experience, you could then apply for PR under the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) Keep in mind that you will have to improve your english skills and you'd be surprised how much you can improve by being in Canada and using english everyday. As others have mentioned, aim for 8+

On what basis would OP qualify for an open work permit?
