had been approved for 10 days but haven't received pr card yet. Is it normal to take 10 days for delivery?

Well you should wait usually it takes 4-5 days after approved so if they dispatched on 21st than it should be there by monday

My building already got mail delivered but received nothing

some people call it as ghost update. If everything goes fine, You will see another status update in 3-4 days, the application status gets changed to 'Approved', this time you would also receive an email from CIC about status change.

I SAW AN UPDATE ONE WEEK BEFOER BUT IT REMAINS UNCHANGED "SUBMITTED" NEED TO TALK OR WAIT. LANDED AUGUST 9TH.

I also sent a solemn declaration last week, did you receive any confirmation or any status update from ircc about it ? Are we even supposed to get anything from them ?

I am wondering the same. How to track or get udpate? I did send web form to follow up. No reply yet.

Linked PR application with CIC account : July 26.
Ghost Update : September 21
Status Approved : September 28
Cards received in mail : October 3
