My Parents in Canada so will need to submit to Ottawa. The bigger concern is that there is no letter for dependent (my mother), so concern is that are they going to send another PPR letter for my mother or this implies send both passport

Hi I have a question about ECAS. It started showing as Decision Made for my parents application since last Monday , but no email yet about PPR request. Is it normal? and does ECAS detailed status shows that they have sent any email regarding passport request? Till now i see medical results have been received. Is anyone else in same boat? LVO is Ottawa.

I finally received my AOR today. Application was received 23rd of May....please update line 160

Finally we see May 23rd apps getting AOR. So May 24 and 25th can expect 2 to 4 weeks more based AoR history and assuming that the bulk of apps were sent in the last days.

I forgot to put the invitation letter as a part of package, what did you guys do? I just dont wont them returning it and then saying I didn't submit on time!

Same happened to me, it changed to decision made on September 8, then the pre-arrival services letter was posted on my account on September 12 and I received PPR until September 27...

I am sponsoring my parents under family class and they have been requested to provide Police Clearance from Philippines .
My Parents have never been to Philippines and they don't even have visa for that country . They have been to Thailand for few days.

So now the issue is Philippines embassy is not ready to provide us clearance . Has this ever happened to some one .
Can some one advise me what needs to be done.
I have already emailed them and have raised the request via web form .

From the "Decision Made" status update, it took about 1.5 weeks for me to receive the email request to send in the passport.
The status "Medical results have been received" will be there for a little while. We are now still waiting for the passport to be returned. It has been 2.5 week in the process. Passport return will be within 1 month from the date of the submission, according to the email.

IRCC will only require Police Clearance Certificate from the country where you stayed 6 months or more. You may want to check what you put in the list of the countries that you parents lived/stayed in the application. If you did not put Philippines in anywhere in your application, then it might be a mistake from IRCC.
I would suggest to contact the IRCC by phone for advice in this case.
