Welcome to Montreal family! If you have read the thread you would know that Montreal takes minimum 5 months to take action. So brace yourself for a long wait!
In the meantime do come back and share your findings from notes or in general come and say hello here
Wow ready to finalize means that they just need to push a button to send PPR. Can you check if your file was processed entirely at Montreal or it moved once it was ready to finalize. I would guess it’s the latter. Haven’t seen Montreal working so fast.
After R10 completeness check, everything is done at Montreal per my gcms notes.
They marked as 'ready to finalize' but security and criminal checks didn't start. So I guess the wait is not over yet !

Keep us posted when you receive PPR. It would be interesting to know how long does it take for Montreal VO to send PPR after 'Ready to Finalize'.

Another member @Sington has been waiting at exact same situation. His file moved to Montreal with ready to finalize. No one has found time to push the button to send PPR yet. They take 6 months very seriously.
