Actually I was trying the same thing and it is saying that the information is not correct... May be they have something going on with the system so it should be back to normal soon... Try tomorrow to see

There is some issue going on with their system. Same thing happened to me

have you ordered your gcms notes? it not, i would suggest order them to find out what their updates are for eligibility
