I have almost same timeline. They say 2-3 weeks are normal before it goes to next step.

If I am not wrong he should get it by 2nd. Any updation to the EE profile takes 24 hours to reflect

Some applicants shared that their profile got updated immediately after changes.so I think it's possible...
