Nop there were not because he already got pre arrival, he is stuck in background checks unfortunately

i dont think there is a decision made letter, its just the PPR right?

i got pre-arrival earlier today, then ecas changed to DM. i have not received any letters for additional docs or PFL and they usually send those before making a decision (if it was going to be a bad decision i mean) so i think its all good.

My everything is except Background Check. Background Checks says Not Applicable
