Passports to New Delhi Visa Office NDVO

I recieved ppr request in email but no msg in cic application is it okay?
2. I recieved PPR Request on 18 Sep 2018. I submitted passports and pictures on 19th Sept. Its shows under processing on vfs tracking. The status in CIC portal says under review. How long do I have to wait?

1) yes
2) 14-20 days after submission. cic portal will change to approved the day the passports gets the visa affixed.

APPLIED ON 18 AROUND 4 PM AT VFS.
ITS STILL IN PROCESSING. NO UPDATE ON CIC PORTAL SAYS CHECKING ELGABILITY, BACK GROUND CHECK IN PROGRESS, FINAL DECISION STILL PENDING..
