I'm filling up the form for her and my question is do I need to fill up the column where it says c.) Your dependent child 18 years old or older same with letter d. and letter e. Sorry if these questions were asked so many times in the forum. I'm just confused, thank you.

Do I need to include her son and daughter who are 18 yrs old and older in the form? But they are not coming to Canada

No you don't have to fill, if there is no dependent child, just say not applicable,

Yes the system is changing. No more lottery from next year. But I think you still need to put in your name to be invited to apply for parental sponsorship. i.e. no more line ups but you wait for the email to come to you that you are invited and then you send your package for sponsorship. And another thing next year there will be 20,000 spots offered.

Oh very nice, but I guess first come first serve basis if there is a cap of 20,000 spots.

that's correct. But you still need to put your name in to be considered for sponsorship. You can't just send your package without an invite.
