Hi,

The same with us. I called IRCC day before yesterday and the agent told me that the file has been transferred to Kitchener office and the BG is complete for my husband and myself; no missing information in the file and everything seems to be in order. She asked me to wait for the test invitation which may come any time. We applied in December and IP since March 2nd.Really frustrating. No idea if the process will be over in 12 months time frame as mentioned in CIC website.

This is the number: 1-888-242-2100; Please follow the instructions. You need to be very patient; On some days, your call will be automatically disconnected saying that there are large number of requests. Best of luck!

Don't worry, if you kept good records and have good reasons for your travel, it should not be an issue. When I applied several years ago, I also had over 80 trips for almost 300 days out of Canada. It was not an issue.
