How to apply for notes?
Can I pay from pakistan for notes?
Ok so , it says youbdo not need additional documents. You do not need interview.
You do not need fingerprints, if this changes we will let you know .
But the question still remains,
If at this moment our status says interview not needed, does it stay the same ? Or that can change ?
Any experience? Anyone ? Has it changed for anyone ?

the sponsor has to apply for gcms notes. they are provided to Canadians only, so your sponsor can apply on your behalf.

it will say no interview needed until they detemine that you need an interview.
Hey guys we are about to send off our application in a day or two. One of my police clearance certificate expired on 15th September. I have two options, first to send off the application with this certificate along with explanation letter that i have applied for new one and will provide as soon as possible. Second one is to wait and apply for a new one. Send the application with the updated certificate.
What do you guys suggest? Will they return my application in the case of first approach?
In my opinion it is better to send a complete application package instead of an incomplete one. If you send an expired police certificate, there are chances they might return the whole package, but they also might just ask for a new police cert, you are taking a risk. If it was me, i would get a new PCC and then send the application package. this is just my opinion.

also, you are a may 2018 applicant right? applying for gcms notes right now will not help you, they will not have done anything on your file. GCMS notes basically will help if you have not heard anything and you are close to the end of the 12 month period.
i order also early in the process and there was nothing on it important and no updates

But then who determines that interview is not needed.
I think they should keep it as to be determined or something else ? It’s kind of false hope

LVO decides if interview is needed or not. yes their wording can be better.
Thank you for such a detailed reply! Since you already had Walima (and I am assuming you both were living together when you were in Pakistan)I don't think it would qualify as Nikkah only case hence that is why you mentioned your case is a bi different, you will just be having another reception once your spouse arrives in Canada.
Yes, when I was in Pakistan we lived together.
hi everyone...

they asked me to take "have" the original Nikah nama with you, but don't have it with me the original ones is in Canada with my spouse.
