Unfortunately AOR2 is kinda random, I believe. Some ppl get it after SA, some ppl get it after Medical... Good luck for you too!

Hi,

Think it depends, mine was around 6 days but I have seen people say weeks. Mine turned to medical received after 2/3 days and then to passed a further 3/4 days.

As of I know, AOR2 means visa office confirms received your application. SA means sponsor approved by the Sydney office. I received both confirmations by letter to my email.
