Hi I have 1 doubt.

I have taken advantage of my spouse education and IELTS points while creating a profile in EE.
I hv all genuine docs.

I'm software developer having 7+years exp. I heard that,in order to get the job in Canada, you must resign from current company and present physically in Canada.

I can't take this risk.If get the job offer while sitting in india, only then I'll Land in Canada, and from their I'll sponsor my wife.

Is it mandatory to pay visa fees for secondry applicants (spouse) as well if I get the ITA?
Is it same thing applicable for PNP as well?

Although I can show combined proof of funds

Please reply ASAP

Hello everyone,
My spouse came to Canada through open work permit while i was in Canada on Post graduate work permit and PR application was under processing.

Now i got my PR, i want to sponsor my spouse though Inland spousal sponsorship.
My spouse open work permit will expire 1st nov 2018.

So i was thinking to extend work permit along with PR application.

So if i apply now, what will my spouse status after work permit expires and sponsorship file is already submitted.
Also what are required supporting docs for open work permit.

You can, but just make sure you take timezone difference in consideration.
one more thing to keep in mind would be flight delays and cancellations. i would advise not to wait till very last day.

Applied on Jan 2018, File transferred to NDVO during May. Got PPR on August last week. Submitted passport on August 30.
