If you open your statuses page and there is no change then yes, it is a ghost update Seems like a lot of us received ghost updates this week! Wishing for PPR rain the coming one!

After my first ghost update, I called CIC and figured that the update meant that my eligibility and criminality were set to passed. I guess the same may have happened to you. Congrats!
