Certification and there was a synonym in the paragraph, so i assumed it as false, becasue they said those people will have basic qualification and didnot mention about training.

It was false... only the first one was not given.

Does anyone know if the first section, the question about Certification was T/F/NG... It said having certification meant they are well trained. In the text it said, they met the standard blah blah... Got confused... I put False.
