Spouse out of status in the USA

Hello everyone,

I current live in the USA with a valid status. My husband never had status in the USA. He has been here for 13 years. He entered illegally and stayed the whole time like this.
How will it affect our application to PR? We are in the pool with a great CRS.

You should be honest about his travel history. If he's out of status you need to say that.
