I have applied through an agent.
They have not contacted me from last two days. So may be no repky yet.
M hoping will get our visa might this week.
Its not late yet. This week is the judgement week.

If we dont get any reply in the first two days of upcoming week then it’s going to be difficult.because VFS will take minimum 3 working days.and last date of joining fall session is 10 th.8-9 th is weekend.very dicey situation

Take into account that 3rd September is Bank Holiday in Canada too :/
I don't know if this applies to your cases since you may have applied on your respective VFS but since CIC is the one communicating and processing the Study Permits... I checked their timetables and on Monday it appeared as "May vary since is a Holiday".
I don't know if this means that they will work less hours or none at all.
I hope to hear something by next week too.

I have already spoken to my University and the last day I can join them is 7th September... And I don't think I can deferral
