Hi all,

I landed on July 10th and recently (Aug 23rd) saw a ghost update and I had requested my address to be changed. Do you think the ghost update was due to the address change?

Approved: August 22
Received PR card: August 28 in Mississauga

Same happened with me too. Got PR card approved in 4-5 days after I got such Ghost update

I also got approved on 22 Aug but havent received mine yet (toronto)..

How did the envelope look like? Was there a CIC logo on it?

Landed 7th of July at Landsome thousand island CBSA. Called IRCC today. PR card has been sent on Monday 27th of August. Exactly sent on 51 days on regular canada post mail.

Can you share your landing date and time at land border? How was CBSA OFFICER? Did they give you hard time because i m planning to land in fort eric. Thanks

Landing date was on Saturday. Except for traffic going towards and out of borders took 2 hours ish other than that, CBSA Officer was not busy and also was nice. Landing took 10 mins. UPDATE: Just received PR card today. 2 business days after IRCC sent it

How do I know when it is sent by Canada Post? Do I get updates through my IRCC account?

I landed in YVR on the 10th. Try to call them and make sure that they have the correct address and contact information.

Thanks for posting the number, it will come in handy as I'm still unable to locate my wife's application and unsure whether it also got the ghost update on same day when I and our daughter got ours updated.

My wife landed on 29th June. Got photo request on 22nd August. CIC received her new photos on 27th August. Any idea, how long it might take from hereon?
