It's called AOR(Acknowledgment of receipt), means IRCC has received your documents sent to Nova Scotia office and opened your file(it should be starting with EP*******).

Check your registered email and there should be an instruction on how to link your application. All the correspondings will be through the portal..

Look for below link to know the normal timeline for each steps..... You too can update your records here.

AND DID NOT RECEIVE ANY UPDATE OR MR OR RPRF

Thank you for the help. I submitted my ATIP on-line request and I received the tracking no.. However, I did not have any information, where I should use this no! How long does it take to hear from them? thanks again

Why do not you try to call them you exceed the processing time ?

I queried them through web form last month and they replied that my application had not crossed the normal processing time so they were not in position to answer. I wonder what's their processing time! Isn't it 17 months?

It's 17 Month from the date they received your application at fedral .

Yes, I called yesterday and talked with agent.

Hi, are you able to call IRCC? My file is with Delhi Office and whenever i call them(CIC canada) they say that since the file is with Delhi office they do not have any update and i went online and i can see only Delhi Office email. You guys have any number where i can call? Thanks in advance!

My time frame is given below:

Applied for CSQ: Aug, 2013
CSQ Received: June, 2016
Applied for Federal: Sept, 2016
AOR from SGVO: Jan, 2017
Medical request: June, 2017
Medical done: June, 2017

then no update till today.

CSQ will expire in 2019.

Frustrated.

I have similar Timelines like you. MY medical was done in September 2017. Status 'In Process' and i filled the Web form since processing time of 17 months is over. No reply and No other Updates. Freaking crazy!
