You first get Pre arrival (after eligibility is cleared) then it goes into background check when that is clear you get DM (decision made) and then PPR (Passport request)

I am a PR and my spouse and kids are "unaccompanied" on my landing paper/ COPR. Can anyone please direct me to a step by step process for sponsoring my spouse and children?

How long they take after that? When will be passport request?

It depends on the background checks. Whenever it is cleared then you will get DM and then PPR.

why are they saying that. Didn't you provide sufficient proof before?

Whatsapp convo
facebook convo
Pics
Facebook posts
pics with me and family
pics with me and friends
pics wither her family
pics with my family

lets see what will happen in my case

It was a nikah only case without honeymoon... my rukhsati and valima and outings took place after submitting the case. Now I have 3 kg bundle of proofs.
